Harry Caray 1984 Budweiser Commercial



Holy Cow!  Check out this awesome old school Budweiser Beer commercial from 1984 starring legendary Chicago Cubs announcer Harry Caray.  It’s awesome in just about every possible way.  It’s got beer in it.  It’s got Wrigley Field in it.  It’s from the 80’s.  It stars Harry Caray.  It makes you smile.

I’ll have to do a post dedicated just to good old Harry Caray sometime.  For me, he IS the Cubs.  I listened to him all summer long for years and years.  His start as a Chicago Cubs announcer coincided with my start of becoming a hardcore Cubs fan.  He was the only announcer I ever knew for a very long time.

I remember seeing this commercial originally.  I was too young to drink for sure back then but I still loved this commercial because Harry was in it.

So Harry Carry, now that I’m finally old enough to drink, this Buds for you!
